At the end of the day, and with all scores tabulated, Cary Park came out on top as the meet’s 2019 champion. Receiving the MVP award for the meet, was Caroline Holliday of the Scottish Hills swim team. A special congratulations to one of Cary Swim Club’s swimmers, Kaylee Bohinc, for receiving the runner-up MVP award. Thanks again to all who came out and made it a wonderful event. Melissa’s new office is located in the Heater Office Building on Dry Ave. Fortunately, she says, the right space opened at the right time, to move her practice from Downtown Apex to Downtown Cary.

The Cary Imps travelled across town, to visit the Wellsley Wave, and walked away with an improved record of 2-2. Although it was blistering hot, this Fourth of July themed meet, didn’t disappoint. Of course, half the fun happens in the pool, and the other half happens on the sidelines. While it was a sea of blue and green in the pool, it was nothing but red, white, and blue everywhere else. Next week, the team stays on the road to face the Scottish Hills Sea Lions in a hyperlocal turf war, bound to be a battle to the end.Read More
In what turned out to be another beautiful summer day in Cary, the kids and parents were treated to a very competitive contest. After leading for most of the event, the Imps were outlasted by the Otters, who staged a comeback in the late night swims.Read More
The night started off with a hero themed costume contest for the kids, emceed by Steve Daniels of ABC 11. Daniels also took time to highlight the story of Sgt. Yeager, a dog and war veteran who lost his handler in battle.Read More
The Imps and their families were treated wonderfully on this Superhero themed night. From the ice cream truck, to the large playground outside the pool, to the all-night dance party (i.e. Cupid Shuffle, Macarena, Old Town Road, YMCA, Wobble, etc.), Scotts Mill was an awesome host.Read More

Last night was Cary Swim Club’s first swim meet of the 2019 season, hosting the Weatherstone Sharks from right down the road, in Cary. The weather was great, the burgers and dogs were grilling, and everyone in attendance experienced a great night of family fun!Read More
